The seven-day window starts when PayPal confirms the paid order. Send requests from the email linked to your RankSpires account to support@rankspires.com and include the order details needed to identify the purchase.
Eligibility is reviewed case by case for duplicate charges, activation or access failures, and reasonable early requests made before substantial use. A request may be declined after substantial usage or where abuse or fraud is reasonably suspected. Mandatory consumer rights that apply in your region remain unaffected.
