RankSpires Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and account responsibility

You may use RankSpires only if you can legally enter into a binding agreement and comply with applicable law. You are responsible for keeping your login method, device access, and account details secure, and for activity carried out through your account.

2. Service scope

RankSpires is a software service that helps users draft and organize ecommerce SEO and marketing assets from a product brief. The service is intended to accelerate workflow, not replace your own review. Generated content may contain errors, omissions, outdated statements, or wording that still requires editing before publication. You are responsible for checking outputs, verifying factual claims, and ensuring that published content complies with marketplace, advertising, consumer protection, and intellectual property rules in your jurisdiction.

AI-generated outputs are draft materials designed to speed up early-stage product marketing work. They should be reviewed, edited, and approved by you before they are published, sent to customers, or reused in paid campaigns.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, bypass access limits, interfere with other users, reverse engineer protected parts of the application beyond what applicable law permits, upload unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading content, or use the platform in a way that violates privacy, intellectual property, advertising, consumer protection, or marketplace rules.

4. Pricing, payments, and activation

RankSpires may offer free access alongside one-time paid products such as a fixed credit pack or a time-limited unlimited-access pass. Unless we expressly state otherwise on the pricing page or during checkout, paid products are one-time payments in USD, do not create a subscription, and do not automatically renew.

A 30-Day Unlimited pass covers unlimited manual generations during its 30-day access period, subject to fair-use, concurrency, platform safety, provider availability, anti-abuse controls, and emergency service controls. It does not remove reasonable safeguards used to protect users or the platform.

Access is normally activated after payment confirmation. If anything goes wrong, contact support at support@rankspires.com and we'll restore your access manually.

5. Refunds and support

Paid plans have a seven-day refund-request window beginning when PayPal confirms the order. Send the request from the email linked to your RankSpires account to support@rankspires.com and include the order details needed to identify the purchase.

Eligibility is reviewed case by case for duplicate charges, activation or access failures, and reasonable early requests made before substantial use. A refund may be declined after substantial usage, where credits or access days show meaningful consumption, or where abuse or fraud is reasonably suspected. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.

6. Intellectual property and permitted use

RankSpires, its branding, software, interface design, prompts, and site content remain the property of RankSpires or its licensors. Subject to these Terms and any paid access you purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service for its intended business workflow purpose.

As between you and RankSpires, you retain rights in the source information you submit and may use the generated outputs for your lawful business, editorial, and commercial product marketing purposes, subject to third-party rights, platform rules, and your obligation to review the output before publishing. RankSpires does not grant ownership of the software, model behavior, or underlying service infrastructure.

7. Service availability and changes

We may improve, change, pause, or discontinue features from time to time. Service availability may vary by maintenance needs, technical limits, third-party dependencies, or region. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, permanent preservation of every output, or that the service will be error-free in every circumstance. If a paid access issue materially affects entitlement activation, contact support so we can review the account state.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RankSpires is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and make no guarantee of rankings, search visibility, sales, profit, campaign performance, marketplace approval, or uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost profits, lost data, marketplace penalties, or reliance on generated content that was published without review.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused, access limits are being bypassed, laws are being violated, or platform integrity is at risk. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec, Canada, unless another mandatory legal regime applies to your use. Any dispute will be handled before the competent forums of Quebec unless applicable law requires otherwise.
